Online ordering portal update: 19th October, 2018
This page is aimed at existing users of our online ordering portal. If you have not signed up for our online ordering portal please email DTK Water at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone on 01604 686995.
DTK Water is pleased to announce that we’ve upgraded the online ordering portal. Here’s a summary of all upgrades that we’ve made:
- Administrators can view all order histories and view authorisation status.
- Authorisers can now authorise any orders that are awaiting authorisation directly on the webpage.
- Authorisers can input order numbers to orders prior to authorising.
- Notification boxes have been added, where you can request email or phone text notifications from DPD Local on the progress of your delivery.*
*SPECIAL NOTE: The email & text notices state that your “DTK Order is ready for delivery”. Do not input the recipients number or email in the delivery notification fields if you do not want them to see the origin of the goods.
- Your complete order, including: items selected, order number, delivery and invoice address are loaded directly into our system; eliminating transcription errors.
- DTK’s prices are now updated automatically within the Portal.
- The portal is now mobile device friendly so it will function perfectly on smart phones, tablets as well as laptops and computers.
- The layout of the Portal is now more in line with mainstream online ordering websites
